Danish library policy

Danish Library Policy outlines principles, problems and perspectives in the Danish library system in the new millenium. The connecting thread in the book is the effort to establish the hybrid library, and the articles and papers cover topics like the role of the national library, organising the electronic research library, models for digitisation of journals, setting a new standard for the public library and children’s library in change.
The author, Jens Thorhauge, is the director of the Danish National Library Authority.
